Dry Static Hair
by Diane

I had wonderful hair before a recent haircut. My hair had body and shine now its full of static and doesn't hold the style and its flat.
What would have caused this? The haircut was just a trim. I had the stylist trim about an inch off.
Ive tried 3 minute conditioners and it only makes my hair heavy but doesn't solve the static.
Any ideas on how to get my hair back to the way it was?

Truly, this sounds like a hair coincidence. This year especially, the cold weather moved in really fast. Cold dry air can make your hair flat because of no moisture in the air, and give it static.
Trimming your hair wouldn't have caused this.
Try using a cool air humidifier when you are home. This will help to add moisture back to your hair which will also help reduce static. Moisture is key.
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle is a great product but it's obviously too heavy for your hair. Opt for a lighter hair conditioner or an
organic hair conditioner, which won't contain alcohol. Alcohol will dry out your hair even more if the product is used over long periods of time. Use moisturizing conditioners every time you wash your hair and your hair woes should be remedied.
