Use Moroccan oil regularly (a little goes a long way) and moisturize your nails with avocado oil . Your skin needs lots of moisture, so be sure to drink lots of clean pure water daily to hydrate from the inside out. Eating more fruits and vegetables that contain more water, keeps you healthy and also provides more moisture for your skin.
