If you are overweight and don’t lose weight, you will have an early death date! Don’t believe me? If you don’t know this by now, it has been proven and shown time and time again that lean and thin people live longer than overweight people.
Why? Because overweight people are more prone to suffer from Type II diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, toxicity, and Cancer. Lean people tend to exercise more and suffer less complications from their lifestyle choices.
I wasn't surprised though. I’ve known the bad effects of excessive weight all my life. My mom was always overweight when I was growing up. She was always on one diet or another and NONE of them ever worked for her. In her later years, my mom was finally able to lose weight when she did TWO KEY THINGS.
She 1) prayed a lot about it and 2) ate foods that were good for her more often and foods that were bad for her less often. She postponed her death date for sure!
I recently stumbled upon a pretty cool web site while doing some research on this section in particular. I don’t normally want to send people off my web site, but this one is worth while viewing.
It’s a death clock and it will tell you when you are expected to die. That is, your death date. You put in the information: your age, height, weight and BMI #.
(The web site is automated to figure out your BMI if you put the correct info into their formula.)
My death is supposed to be February 21st, 2052. Not too shabby for a 49 year old woman! That means my life expectancy is 45 more years; based on my height, age, BMI# and weight.
I did a bit more poking around on the website, (clicked on the Obituaries link) and it seems that they had estimated Britney Spears death date on their site. I checked it and her death date is supposedly March 22nd, 2054. Check it out for yourself!
Now, I know Britney is about a kabazillion years younger and a whole lot more physical than I am, yet she is expected to live only 2 years longer than I am. I was shocked!
You can postpone your death date if you just lose the weight you should. It is terribly unhealthy for you to carry around extra weight. There are so many illness and chronic conditions that you'll have to deal with if you keep adding weight. This is especially true of weight around the waistline. Excess fat around the waist should be a red flag to you.
When you stay healthy and postpone your dying day, you can and will thrive. Being healthy and losing weight go hand in hand. If you've ever wanted to create health in your life, you might want to try a nutritional health cleanse. I recently did one and was amazed at how good it feels to get rid of all the toxic stuff that accumulates in our bodies. Fat cells cling to toxic waste in your body and form belly fat. Get rid of the fat, get rid of the toxins, and you can restore your health!
