Curly hair can be very deceiving, depending on how strong your curl pattern is. It may not seem like your hair is growing but its probably is. Its just not grown enough for you to notice much. In 4 months, your hair might only grow 1" - 2", which for curly hair, isn't that much.
Straightening
curly hair every other day, isn't good
healthy hair practice, and its most certainly contributing to your
hair being frizzy. It also causes hair breakage. If that's already happening, that may be another reason why your hair doesn't appear to be growing.
To correct the frizziness, you'll need to do some
deep conditioning treatments and/or
protein treatments with moisture, to help repair your hair.
Hair that's been abused by hot appliances too often, can disrupt the cuticle of your hair. If its compromised too much, your
hair will be damaged beyond repair.
You should also lay off using
flat irons on your hair so much. Try taking
Super Biotin daily to help speed up your
hair growth.
