I've been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 17 years and also held a license in Therapeutic Massage Therapy for many years. I am not a medical doctor however. Most of the tips I suggest on my health care pages, are available to you through research, personal experience, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I would also be happy to exchange website links with you if your website has similar content.
