Complimentary Colors for Warm Hair Colors

I was wondering what would you recommend. I'm thinking of getting platinum highlights with dark ash hair, but I also like Beyonce's hair in this pic. Would those colors look good with my skin tone? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Right now, your hair is full of warm colors. (i.e. golds and reds) Ash colors are cool colors so I don't recommend them for you.

I would suggest that you try some golden blonde highlights first to 'test the waters' and make sure you like lighter colors in your hair. You could then add some darker low lights like copper/auburn colors to your hair so you don't have to change your hair completely.

Take baby steps when you first start experimenting with color. You'll make a lot less mistakes and avoid hair color disasters.
