Chemical Services Caused Hair Loss

I have color treated hair and it was also bleached. I noticed that my hair is thinning. It used to be so volumized, but now its so thin, because of too much hair fall. It also looks so messy. I decided to go for rebonding. Should I?

In a word, no. Do not use any more chemicals on your hair until your hair fall has been resolved. You can't keep applying chemicals to your hair and not expect more
hair problems.
To help stop your
hair loss, start taking
biotin supplements immediately. (I take
Super Biotin!) There are other key
hair vitamins that your body might be lacking that's causing you to lose your hair. Have you checked for
bald spots?
There also might be other issues that are contributing to your hair loss. Typically,
coloring your hair won't cause hair loss but bleach is a lot stronger and could be the culprit. You need to figure out what's causing you to lose hair before you get another chemical service.
Last year I lost a whole lot of my hair because I developed an autoimmune disorder. If I hadn't been taking biotin at the time, my hair loss would have been much worse. Thankfully my hair is growing back but growing your hair out from the roots takes time. You must be patient and vigilant. Your health is precious and so is your hair! Treat them with respect!
