Chase Bank is Horrible!

I just had a HORRIBLE experience with Chase Bank. I pay my credit cards on time and have a high credit score.

Last month I paid my bill a few days early without realizing it. They charged me a late fee for the month of March and discontinued my promotional annual percentage rate that had been good for the life of the loan. I told them that I had paid the bill, I did not realize I was BEFORE the billing cycle and they completely ignored me.

I had a similar experience with Chase Bank back in September. I had mailed in a payment that they said they never received. They again charged me a late fee and increased my promotional rate (which they reversed when I explained that I had mailed the check).

I just did a balance transfer and I will close the account with Chase when that goes through. I do not trust this company and do not believe that they are trustworthy.

Heck fire Jennifer! I've come to the conclusion that all the big banks, (where we all have our credit cards) SUCK!

Capital One, did the same thing to me and my business partner! They recently updated their rate, from 5.99% to 10.99%. I just got notice that they are going to raise the rate on that card to 17.99%, in May of next year!

I am not a happy camper, to say the least. Credit card companies are only shooting themselves in the foot! American's will not stand by a bank that does not stand by us!
