Burn Fat and Be Fat No More!

One of the best ways to lose weight is to burn fat and be fat no more! Fat accumulates in your body and is stored in the deep visceral tissue. This type of fat is not only accumulative, but it’s also very dangerous to your health. Being overweight slows down your metabolism and slows you down, period. After all, you won’t be able to move around as easily when you are carrying an excessive amount of extra weight!



Did you know for example that a pound of fat takes up 5 times more space in area, than a pound of muscle. If you lose a pound of fat and gain a pound of muscle, you will still weigh the same but you will be smaller in size! So one of the best ways to lose weight, is to speed up your metabolism so you burn more fat!


Your ideal weight and fat-lean ratio varies considerably for men and women and with age. The minimum percentage of body fat considered safe for good health is 5 percent for males and 12 percent for females. The average adult body fat is closer to 15-18 percent for men and 22-25 percent for women. Too much body fat is harmful to your health. Men with over 25 percent fat and women with over 32 percent fat pose a much higher risk for illness and disease.

With this said, it's easy to understand why it's important to burn fat and take off the extra pounds. To help you, there are many foods which actually have no calories, called negative calories. When you consume them regularly, you will actually be assisting the fat in your body to burn off more rapidly. It won’t melt off, but consuming them regularly will help you lose weight! You can do it quickly and easily if you learn to consume foods that promote fat burning in your body.

These foods can be incorporated any diet and you should try to incorporate them where and when you can. Fat burning foods are foods that burn more calories than the caloric content of the foods itself.

Every good farmer knows that there are certain foods which actually burn more fat than the caloric content of the food itself, so they avoid feeding these foods to their animals, which are sold by weight! Those are exactly the types of foods that humans should avoid!

The Citrus Group

    Clinical studies have shown that calcium rich foods (especially dairy foods) assist weight loss by increasing the breakdown of fat in the fat cells. The studies also show that it is not the calcium in the foods that helped to reduce fat. Dairy products far out-performed calcium supplements in weight loss controlled studies.

    To get the maximum benefits from consuming negative calorie foods, you should add some exercise to your schedule. Walking, bike riding, jogging, or running are examples and should be done for periods of no less than 20 to 30 minutes. Your pulse-rate should increase to nearly 100 beats per minute, and you should form a light sweat. This indicates that you are increasing your metabolism and helping to burn fat.

    Consuming negative calorie foods will have a more positive effect on weight loss efforts which help you slim down and speed up metabolism.

    When you exercise regularly and consume these foods, you will continue to burn fat even after the exercise is completed. It has a cumulative effect on your body's ability to break down fat and convert it to energy.

    It must also be remembered that a strict rule of diet (and physics) is that you do not lose weight unless you burn more calories than you consume. The logic and practical application of eating the fat-burning foods, and waking up your body by exercise. Studies have also revealed that those who kept a food journal were almost 90% more successful at losing weight, than those who did not!

    You also won't lose weight if you eat a lot of fatty foods. They are pure junk in your trunk! Opt instead for more healthy foods that nourish your body!
