I want to put temporary hair dye named Splash on my daughter's black hair. She wants to put the color blue on her hair but I want to know if I need to bleach her hair so it could get on her hair? ************* Yes, you will need to bleach out your daughters hair first, then apply the blue color. Without bleaching it lighter first, the blue color won't show up.
