Blonde Semi Permanent Color on Brown Hair
If I put a dark blond semi permanent color on my medium to dark brown hair, will my hair be darker? ************* Nope, you won't see the color at all. Putting a lighter semi permanent color on darker hair colors won't have any effect at all. (Well, it might add a bit more shine but that's it:o) |
