Best Supplement for Hair Growth

Good day! I am very satisfied with your hair tips and advice! I find you honest and a person who wishes the best for others.
Now my question is, I want to have long hair, how should I start and continue?
What supplement should I take while I'm growing my hair and how to give the long hair shine? Is Indian hair oil like Amla oil and coconut oil good?
I ask this because I'm male. Are a mans hair and a woman's hair different? Excuse me if you find my question too long:)

Aron, thank you for your confidence in me! The best way to grow your hair long is to treat it gently. Most people brush their hair too often and jerk knots out of their hair, instead of working them out gently.
Moisturize your hair regularly. Massage your scalp gently when you shampoo to increase circulation which encourages hair growth. Be kind to your hair and it will be kind to you.
The best supplement for
hair growth is a simple
B vitamin called
biotin. Its great for skin, hair, and
nail growth.
Super Biotin is 5000 micrograms and is suggested to speed up hair growth and strength.
Amla oil,
coconut oil, and
camelina oil are all very good for your hair and will help create shine.
Apply overnight covered by a cap, then rinse and shampoo the next day.
Hair is hair is hair. However, hair structure and
hair texture can vary a lot. A lot depends on heredity, ethnicity, your health, how you treat your hair, and other variables.
For example, coarse hair typically has three layers. Blonde hair usually only has two. For this reason, someone with blonde hair would need to treat their hair a lot more gently and not use products that might damage their hair structure, than someone with coarse hair.
Hope this answers your hair questions!
