A More Radiant You~ The Benefit of Exercise

The benefit of exercise is that it can help improve and conserve your beauty and health!

You must exercise some if you truly want to look great and lose weight! If you want a more radiant you then it has to be included in your schedule somewhere!~

Simply skipping over exercise is simply NOT a good idea~

Benefit of Exercise:

  • - improves circulation and that always makes your skin look great!
  • - sweating helps clean the pores and eliminate toxins from your system.
  • - keeps your muscles tone and defined which helps you look yummy.
  • - keeps your weight in check and helps you shed excesses and lose weight.
  • - keeps the physiological aspect of your body working well, which keeps you healthy, which helps you save money on medical bills/medicines.

    The sad truth however, is that hardly anyone I know gets the exercise they need.

    picture of a woman lifting weights I know I don’t get enough of it myself. I have always loved working in the yard, walking, and swimming!

    I just don’t like to to do aerobics or vigorous workouts. Never have.

    I guess I really don’t want to. So I don’t.
    I also know that according to Eat Right For(4) Your Blood Type, that people with my blood type are supposed to be passive and not aggressive in exercise routine’s. That's probably why I’ve always liked passive exercise so much. The benefit of exercise depends on your particular blood type!

    Blood Type O
    You'll need lots of exercise! Hard aerobic exercises were designed for you!

    Blood Type A
    Engage in gentle exercise such as golf, or yoga.

    Blood Type B
    Try moderate types of exercise like swimming or walking.

    Blood Type AB
    Better to stick with calming exercises and relaxation techniques.

    I truly believe that it makes a huge difference. What if you've needed more exercise than you've been doing or not doing enough? Or possibly you've been doing the wrong kinds of work outs?

    Actually knowing what you're supposed to be doing is a huge advantage. Eat right for your blood type introducing the Blood Type Diet.

    I also know that exercise is necessary. That's a fact. Everyone needs some! If you don't like traditional exercises, try to ride your bike, dance, or just go for walks. These things can be just as exhilarating and good for you as a hard core work out.

    You can't however, get the benefit of exercise if you don't do any!~ Sitting on the couch changing channels won't help you!

    The friendliest healthy exercises that you can any time of day is to smile and laugh as much as possible! Laughing and smiling are very important!

    - Laughing is considered a light aerobic activity. It gets your heart rate up and you do exert energy when you laugh out loud.

    - Smiling is just as important though. It's a lot better for facial wrinkles than frowning!

    You won’t look great if you don’t smile. If you walk around with a scowl or frown on your face all the time, your face and body will show it. Those negative feelings will be evident in everything you do.

    People notice negative changes in you, just as surely as they notice positive ones. And they will be more likely to react to you negatively, when negativity is showing!

    Smiling and laughing generate positive attitudes in you and you will feel good and look good! Looking great and feeling great work work hand in hand.



    When you look good on the outside, then the inside feels good. When you feel good on the inside, then the outside looks good.

    These both seem to be redundant statements but really take your time reading them. They are truly two different things!

    Evidence of the benefit of exercise is clearly demonstrated through both smiling and laughing!~

    Another kind of exercise to keep in mind is strength training. Its the #1 exercise if you like to get the most bang for your buck! It is the most efficient way to exercise. Find out more about the benefits on this page.

    Dress for Success

    My mother always used to make me dress for success!

    If I had an exam at school, I was expected to wear my best Sunday clothes to school that day. I would go to school knowing I would stand out and I hated feeling like a freak. However, during the day I would find that I was really feeling confident about myself and I always did well on my exams!

    Yet another example is that when I was growing up we were never allowed to take a trip to the downtown area of our city unless we were dressed up. (It used to be that most downtown areas were where people congregated and all major department stores were located.)

    We were simply not allowed out of the house unless we looked nice! Those early impressions have carried through to my adulthood. I won’t even go to the Walmart unless I feel like I look half way decent!

    I constantly dress for success even now although it is not the norm! I just won’t show my face unless I feel good about the way I look. And it shows!

    Most people smile at me because I am already smiling:o) When you greet people with love in your heart and a smile on your face, other's surely notice and respond positively.

    If they don’t smile back, then dismiss it and still feel good about yourself! Remember, they might be having a lousy day but your smile may have planted a seed that they will remember later on.

    It’s one of the many secrets to staying young at heart and feeling good about the way you look.

    So save the sweats and ripped up jeans for the house. Wear clothes that are worthy of you in public and it will show!

    Exercise is another example. It makes you feel good inside to know you are doing it and it makes you look great outside for having done it.

    If you want to get the benefit of exercise, try to do them on a regular basis if possible.

    When you can’t get regular exercise into your schedule, at least try and do a few of them. Abdominal crunches are easy and fast if you don't have time for any other exercises.

    If you have a bad back, then do them on your bed. If you have back pain, it’s simply the best place to incorporate them.

    If you simply can’t find the time to exercise as much as you'd like, then eating right and making better choices for your health are even more vitally important. In this example you get the benefit of exercise without the exercise.

    Remember that the more you move during the day, the more healthy food your body requires to function. The less you move during the day, the less food your body will require to function.

    And you will actually save money if you exercise regularly~

    How is this so? Well, if you exercise more then generally you are going to be more healthy. If you are healthier you won’t need to go to the doctor as much and you may even be able to eliminate prescription drugs.

    You will look great and lose weight and save money! The benefit of exercise is very far reaching!
