Beauty of the Month Club

You are cordially invited to join the Beauty of the Month Club on this site! When you join the club, you will be eligible to win great beauty prizes! The prizes will change from month to month and will be selected from an assortment of beauty products you’ll love to have! Some months I’ll choose the product and some months a sponsor will donate a product.

Beauty of the Month Club Details

One entry per person.

You must fill out the entire form below and follow the instructions on the next page after you fill out the form. If you fail to do this, you will not qualify for the club.

You must agree to send me any picture of yourself in the form below. This will give me permission to post your picture on my site. (Your picture may also be randomly added to the collage of pictures on my homepage, even if you’re not a winner.) It can be an older picture (i.e. childhood) or a new picture. After you fill out the form, you will see a 'thank you' page. Please follow the instructions carefully on the thank you page to send me your picture!

Please note - All pictures are held in strictest confidentiality. They will be 'held' in a folder on my computer only. I do reserve the right to use your pictures but only on the disclosed pages.

When you fill out the form below, please read and follow the instructions (regarding sending me your picture) on the next page very carefully.

You may add a 'nickname' to your profile. Please try and make it unique (only to you) if you do. When announcing monthly winners, I will not use your full name! Only first names and states/provinces will be used. (i.e. Brandy of Georgia). You may however, feel free to use a nickname instead. Use a nickname only if you don't want your first name known.

Tell us something about yourself! Give details but make it interesting. In other words, don’t go overboard. This section is optional.

If you are the winner of the month, your captioned picture (i.e. June Beauty of the Month Club Winner) will be featured on this page when you win. It will be replaced the next month by the next month's winner.

To Win

Every time a Beauty of the Month Club form is filled out from my site, I’ll print out the information, fold up the piece of paper, and add it to a designated box.

Featured monthly beauty products will posted on this page, the second week of each month. That way you’ll know which beauty products you’ll be eligible to win that month! If you do not win, your entry is always left in the box, so you’ll have more than multiple chances to win.

There will be a random drawing for a winning name the fourth week of each month.

If You Win

When you win, you will be contacted by me via email. If I can’t reach you by email, you cannot win. Make sure you leave current email addresses so that I can contact you. Once you win, your beauty club prize will be sent to you shortly, via UPSP or UPS.

Can You Win More Than Once?

After you win, your application will not be added back to the box of entries. You may however, reenter the club by submitting another form and picture.

After You Win

After you’ve had time to receive, review, and test the beauty product, you may want to let readers know how the product worked for you! You will be sent an email by me, with a link to give your review. Hey, if the product worked great or didn’t work well for you, then readers want to know the details! It really helps all of us!

Do You Have to Be a 'Raving Beauty' to Join?

Look, everyone is beautiful! We all have flaws (I hope) but variety is what makes the world go round! Anyway, everyone has the same chance of winning, no matter what you look like!

Age Limits?

You must be 13 or older to join the club. If however, you are under 18 years of age, you must get permission from a parent before joining! Please do not join unless you have permission. By filling out the form, you are letting me know that you do have permission to join!

What Countries Can Enter?

*Unfortunately, right now I can only accept applications from the US and Canada because of expensive overseas shipping rates. If this changes, (and I expect it will), I’ll let you know! If you’re interested in joining but live overseas, please fill out this form.
