If you want a beautiful body, try these inexpensive yet effective body scrubs. You can make your own at home with the ingredients you already have in your kitchen.
You maybe like me and have used lots of different body scrubs before. Who knew you could make them at home? They're like your very own 'body sugar'. How cool is that?

I saw these scrubs mentioned on Rachael Ray, and although they are Robin's McGraws recipes, she encouraged us to 'use them'. I wish I could take the credit but I can't! I can, however, make them available to you! In case you missed it, I wanted to share them. They are really wonderful!
Robin explained that when she and Phil were first married, they didn’t have a lot of money so she had to come up with her own versions of body scrubs. These scrubs are time tested too. If you’ve ever seen Robin’s skin, it’s absolutely gorgeous and she is in her 50’s!
Beautiful Body Body Scrub
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 coarse salt
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
1/4 cup of your favorite liquid soap
Juice from either 1/2 a grapefruit or 1 lemon
Grated lemon or lime peel
1/2 cup chopped cranberries
1/4 cup of rose salt
2 tablespoons of an essential oil -- Lavender is Robin's favorite
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. When in the shower, rub all over from head to toes. Rinse with cold water -- as col as you can stand it.
Use once a week.
Beautiful Body Facial Scrub
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of honey
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Scrub on face. Remove with a washcloth and then rinse with cold water.
This scrub can be applied every day.
Corn Starch Facial Scrub
1/2 cup corn starch
1/4 cup water
Mix into a paste. Moisten face and then apply paste in a circular motion. After face is completely covered, rinse with cool water.
Morning Cleansing Drink
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Robin says, "This mix is a great way to start the day. It not only cleanses the body, but boosts the metabolism."
Egg White Facial
1 egg – white only
Beat until frothy.
Rub on face and neck. Allow it to harden and then rinse with cool water. This will make your skin tight.
