Erica @ the West County JC Penny Salon in St. Louis is the biggest joke of what one would call a hairdresser/hair stylist...what about a hair professional!

When your client shows up 10 minutes early to their appt why don't you come out and greet them (especially when the front desk paged you over the intercom). Yet instead Erica comes out 12 minitues after the scheduled to appt only to get an attitude! Hello! This is not the way you treat your clients. But I guess in your quest to look like Tammy Faye Baker did 15 years ago with all the makeup, you just don't get that.

I will never go back to Erica at the JC Penny Salon in St. Louis (West County) - she's unprofessional and she can't do hair!
