Are Hairdressers Really This Dumb?

I just can't believe how dumb my hairdresser was today. She may have been on some good pharmaceuticals or she needed a new eyeglass RX. She highlighted my hair and left a horizontal line of gray hair( I'm 55 and totally gray) midway across the back of my hair. How did she not see that? She even cut my hair after she left the gray line?

So, a day later the rest of the highlights turned this strange shade of gray when I asked for blond highlights - get this - to cover the gray, she put gray! I cannot believe how stupid she is! So, I let her try to fix her mistake and she still couldn't get a blonde shade in her thick skull. I had a photo of the color and she even called it a golden blonde. It turned out a darker gray with brown tones. I could never describe this color.

In the meantime, she informs me that using Pantene shampoo yesterday morning changed the color. What? Oh, and then she thinks I will buy their products because they are so much better. She still thinks she has done nothing wrong, blames Pantene! I believe I will ask for a charge back on my credit card just to hold her accountable for being dumb, blind, and not sharing her drugs. We don't have to pay for hair color that we don't ask for.

OMG! That's simply horrid! Thankfully, there are some hairdressers who know what blonde hair color is! Hope you can get this fixed a hairdresser who knows what they're doing soon!
