Hi, I have had alopecia aereata (bald) for over 20 years. With all the new technology today is there anything that is available to regrow my hair?

I must assume you've tried cortisone injections and all the creams and shampoos by now? The problem is, that with you having alopecia areata for so long, that your condition is likely permanent. I also wonder if your genetics are the problem.
There is one new product on the market that you may or may not have tried. It's called
Provillus, which is a two part solution. The first solution is basically minoxidil (Rogaine, which I'm sure you've tried) but the second part is an herbal solution. This product is working for a lot of people from what I've read, so it may be worth a shot. It certainly can't hurt to try it.
I uploaded a full page yesterday to help other's who suffer from alopecia. This summer, my own hair started falling out, and it left a bald spot on my head. It was caused by an autoimmune disorder. Thankfully in my case, it was not located in clear view and my hair is not falling out anymore, so I suspect my hair will grow back.
